The heart and soul of a great lesson program are it’s horses and the team at Platinum Performance Horses is a great example. One of our best is the handsome, Alianza PA +/. Bred by Richard and Sarah Rochester of Pajarito Arabians in Santa Fe, Al started his show career in 2001 as a Hunter Pleasure horse and won his first Regional Championship in 2015 when he carried Audrey Beauchene to Champion honors in Sport Horse Under Saddle JTR.
Early on Al was consistently in the Top Ten at Youth Nationals, starting in 2006 when he and Erika Nelson won Reserve Champion in Training Level Dressage 13 &Under in a class of 30 entries.
More recently it’s been Taylor Karriker that’s been Al’s partner in the win photos!
Perhaps even more gratifying is that since joining Mariah Wilson's program at Platinum Performance Horses in 2012, Al has been the best of teachers to riders of all ages, filling that role for beginning riders as well as helping them to advance all the way to the National level in Sport Horse and Dressage.
